The 2FGB.B are designed for use in heating, thermo-ventilation, air conditioning systems, both civil and industrial, and in industrial thermal process plants. They find application in the control of fluids belonging to group 2 (water, superheated water, steam).
The peculiar characteristic of these valves is to work with high close-off and low-leak pressure. This makes them particularly suitable for applications on high pressure fluids and high exchange ΔT such as superheated water and steam.
The valve body is made of gray cast iron G25 with PN16 flanged connections, the brass plug with an equipercentual characteristic and the stem in stainless steel AISI 303. The stainless steel stem seals are made with EPDM O-ring seals compatible with water and water and glycol mixtures in the specified temperature range.
