APPLICATION / USE CASE
Especially classrooms and meeting rooms are often not sufficiently ventilated.
The portable stand-alone solution of NOVOS 5 move simplifies the monitoring of indoor air quality and is able to initiate necessary measures improving the air
quality.

The practical desk display and the connected power supply unit make it possible to use the NOVOS 5 for CO2 measurement as a “plug & monitor” solution. The
intelligent traffic light function uses an LCD to indicate when it is time to take appropriate action. For example, the yellow and red light of the LCD indicate,
that the CO2 concentration in the ambient air is too high and the room should be ventilated.

The threshold values for the traffic light function rest on the recommendations of the German Environment Agency as well as the Federation of European Heating,
Ventilation and Air Conditioning Associations (“REHVA”).
